Digital Onboarding for Aquila, one of the Leading Independent Asset Managers' Plaforms.
Why did you want to automate your client processes?
As a leading and growing platform for independent asset managers, we need to have scalable processes and a scalable IT architecture.
Why did you automate with Atfinity?
Atfinity allows us to build onboarding and KYC processes just as we want them without coding. Moreover, their software can be integrated with our CRM and PMS tools.
What did you appreciate in the collaboration?
In order to stay flexible, we wanted to design the processes ourselves. Atfinity trained our people to do exactly that. Whenever we have questions the Atfinity team is there to support us.
We are very happy with the degree of independence we get through this approach as it allows us to react quickly to new or changed business needs.
Moreover, the Atfinity team fully understands our business. This makes our collaboration very efficient.
What are your next steps with Atfinity?
User acceptance of the processes in Atfinity has been very high right from the first day of roll-out. This has motivated us to support further processes with Atfinity's software. We are now only a few weeks away from launching the next Atfinity supported process.
What type of organizations would you recommend should work with Atfinity?
Atfinity is a great partner for wealth management companies that want to grow and aim to increase the scalability of their business processes.
